If you are currently under medical or psychiatric care, you are encouraged to consult your healthcare provider before commencing hypnotherapy.

4. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

  • Fees are listed on the website and may be updated from time to time.

Payments may be processed via secure third-party payment providers.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

  • Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in loss of deposit.

  • Repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

This policy protects appointment availability and business sustainability.

6. Telehealth Services

Telehealth sessions are conducted via secure online platforms.

By booking a telehealth session, you acknowledge that:
